This privacy policy covers DIDA’s handling of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that the Company gathers when you access DIDA’s Application and when you use the Company services.

Personal Information You Provide:

This policy applies specifically to information through any electronic or non-electronic forms user submit via this application, social network service (SNS) or website, or other messages, comments or feedback send us by e-mail. Information about user which we may collect through this application or website may vary depending on how user uses this Application. We may collect information such as the date and time of your visit to this Application or website, the pages accessed, and any information downloaded. This information does not identify you as an individual and is used for statistical, reporting and Web Site administration and maintenance purposes only.

DIDA’s general policy is to only collect individually identifiable information that is necessary for a transaction or which is useful for our own internal operations, disclosed within our corporate group and to third parties for the purposes for which it was collected, as authorized and consented by you. During the registration process for our services, we collect a user’s name, gender, post code, date of birth, e-mail address, mobile or telephone contact number, billing and delivery address, credit card details (optional), payment methodology and Identity Card number.

DIDA will record the e-mail addresses of those who post messages and comments, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail or SNS, the e-mail addresses of those who make postings to our Social Media page, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit; and information volunteered by consumers and merchants, such as survey information and/or site registration data.

DIDA will also track certain particulars about you. This information includes the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our site or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our site or not), what browser you are using, and your IP address. Many sites automatically collect this information using widely available site web statistical tools.

You can always choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to benefit of many of our special features, and you may not be able to check out with your purchase through the Website. The application or website’s contents are not directed specifically to children. Users are required to be at least 18 years old, and any user under 18 is considered an unauthorized user. We received and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example “cookies”, and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses DIDA.

How we use your information?

The information DIDA collects is for accountability and control purposes, also to understand user needs and interests to help us and ours agent to provide a better service. DIDA may use your information for the following:

1.  complete a transaction or order

2.  to contact you regarding administrative notices from time to time

3.  allow you to participate in surveys and promotions

4.  to use the information and past archives and activities to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our terms and conditions of using our services

5.  for order fulfillment purposes, we do need to provide your name, address, contact and e-mail address to our agent in order to deliver goods to your doorstep.

How we share your information?

DIDA view protection of users’ privacy as a very important community principle, DIDA would not provide your personal information to third party organizations for their marketing purposes nor sell,share, trade, rent or lease your personal information to others except there are legal licensing requirements, or disclose the information in the following conditions:

1.       To our service providers who assist us in our services (for example, mail houses, delivery companies), other firm and individuals to perform tasks on our behalf to provide products or services to you. All aforesaid agents

do not have any right to use the personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.

2.       To organizations with whom we have co-promotional or co-campaign arrangements (and any agents used in administering such arrangements)

3.       In an emergency situation trying to maintain personal and social public privacy and security, necessary to comply with the law; enforce or apply our conditions of use and others agreements. Also includes exchanging information with other organizations and companies for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

5.       Affiliated companies we do not control. The Company work closely with variety of affiliated business. In some cases, these businesses sell items to you through Company’s website. In other circumstances, Company offers services, or sells products jointly with affiliated businesses. You will be notify when an affiliated business is associated with your transaction, and we will share your Personal Information that is connected to such transaction with that affiliated business.

User account and password security maintenance

Upon registration as a user, a password and account will be provide, user will bear the legal responsibility for all the behavior based on user name and password. User password shall remain secure and shall not share or disclose to any third party to avoid any legal consequences arising from the aforesaid.

You can access and update your personal information anytime by accessing your account on DIDA.

The tracking we implemented is based on Display Advertising (e.g., Remarketing, Google Display Network

Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, or Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting) and can collect information such as age, gender, interests and interaction with ads impressions.

Using the Ads Settings, visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads.

DIDA  and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on someone's past visits to your website and across the Internet

Security of Your Personal Information

DIDA ensures that all information collected will be safely and securely stored. We protect your personal information by:

        Allowing access to personal information only via passwords; 

        Maintaining technology products to prevent unauthorised computer access; and 

        Securely destroying your personal information when it is no longer needed for our record retention purposes 

Subscription to our marketing and promotional materials 

In addition to the personal information abovementioned, when you register a DIDA account with us, you shall be asked if you would like to subscribe to our marketing and or promotional materials from time to time. These marketing and or promotional materials may come from within our corporate group wholly or through affiliation with third parties. If you choose to so subscribe, you are deemed to have consented to us processing within our corporate group and or third parties your personal information for this purpose. You can always choose to unsubscribe from marketing information at any time by opting for the unsubscribe function within the electronic marketing material.  Security

We endeavors to protect your information, however, we cannot guarantee the security of user account information. Our website may include links to other sites, we are not accountable for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site you should read the privacy policy stated on that site.

We will not share your information with any other organizations other than our corporate group and those third parties directly related to and necessary for the purchase of products, delivery of the same and purpose for which you have authorized. In exceptional circumstances, DIDA may be required to disclose personal information, such as when there are grounds to believe that the disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health or required by the law. DIDA is committed to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, in particular, its policies as well as corresponding guidelines and orders.

Amendment to this statement

We amend to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of data we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make amendment in the way we use personal information, we will inform you by posting and announcement on our website or sending you an email or prompt changes on the page before the user to proceed with DIDA. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the website after such changes have been posted.
